The Enquirer again has screwed up the facts. As a person involved with the posting of Mr. Oba's bond, the bond was not paid at 10%...it was $250,000.00 straight.
Also, Mr. Oba has his name legally changed some years ago from Michael Bailey to Kabaka Oba.
The Enquirer should get into the fictional news business. Oh, I'm sorry, they already do that.
Who are you "OBA'S PR PERSON"? or Councilman Christopher Smitherman? And The Enquirier had it right it was $25,000 (10%) NOT a straight $250,000!!! Dummy get your facts straight before you try to down the facts of a fine newspaper like The Enquirier. And at $25,000 do a paper trail seacrh and you may just find "Councilman Christopher Smitherman posted the bond"! Now the question becomes; "WHAT DOES OBA HAVE ON SMITHERMAN TO MAKE HIM POST UP $25,000 FOR THIS RACIST CLOWN"?
