  1. The Enquirer again has screwed up the facts. As a person involved with the posting of Mr. Oba's bond, the bond was not paid at 10%...it was $250,000.00 straight.

Also, Mr. Oba has his name legally changed some years ago from Michael Bailey to Kabaka Oba.

The Enquirer should get into the fictional news business. Oh, I'm sorry, they already do that.

  2. Who are you "OBA'S PR PERSON"? or Councilman Christopher Smitherman?
And The Enquirier had it right it was $25,000 (10%) NOT a straight $250,000!!! Dummy get your facts straight before you try to down the facts of a fine newspaper like The Enquirier. And at $25,000 do a paper trail seacrh and you may just find "Councilman Christopher Smitherman posted the bond"!
Now the question becomes; "WHAT DOES OBA HAVE ON SMITHERMAN TO MAKE HIM POST UP $25,000 FOR THIS RACIST CLOWN"?

    Blackmail, perhaps???

  3. First I question why his bond was so high?

Second what is the purpose of "He must stay away from public gatherings."?

It seems that something is rotten in Cincinnati.

  4. listen asshole "anon," the kind of shit your alleging has very serious implications. smitherman had absolutely NOTHING to do with oba's bond posting! you fucking liar. that's a serious lie that can mess up a legit campaign. but that's what you want, right?

We should know, as supporters of Oba's freedom, WHO was responsible for the $250,000 STRAIGHT BOND ASSHOLE!

Yes, the bond was changed from cash. But because property liens were involved in its' posting, that means the entire bond amount (not 10 percent) had to be met.

  5. oh yes. Good question Sour Kraut.

The reason the Judge went with all this stay away from public events was to avoid coming into contact with any of the players involved in this mess.

    As if!

But he has to change his total life and way of going to and from work based on the unsubstantiated ALLEGATION (with no proof/no recovered gun) of an illiterate goon-employee at Junebug's restaurant, Gobel Bean.

So you're right, something stanks! But that's the way it goes I guess.

    Good question.

BTW Thanks for allowing me to post, Brian. We don't agree on much of anything, but at least you don't personalize and remove shit like Jason Haap.
