Police Shooting
The third shooting of police officer in 6 weeks is raising the tension of the police. Are these incidents just aberrations, or are they a marked change in behavior among criminals in the city?
This is a change in criminal behavior. First, it was attack from within their ranks. Then, it was move to higher ground & attack the elderly. Now, it's the police. And these criminals are just getting started. It will become more prevalent & everyone will be fair game to them.
It's thrills & they also work their way up in their street hierarchy by outdoing each other in deploying outrageous criminal acts of violence.
