He has no reason to apologize for being one of the organizers of the boycott.

Apologies should be demanded from the police department for some of the mistakes they have made that have cost people their lives.

Not one apology to the Owensby family for the lost life of their son at the hands of CPD and since when did traffic warrants cost people their lives. And then you have Fangman who then makes inflammatory statements about the vitims and their families.

I applaud Damon Lynch, III for the organizing of the boycott, which actually aided in stopping the riots.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3535390.post-1131638328803018022005-11-10T10:58:00.000-05:002005-11-10T10:58:00.000-05:00There were several things working against Lynch th...There were several things working against Lynch this year. I agree that I think he thought that his base would have taken him to victory. 2003 results fooled him.

But also, there were a lot more candidates with war chests and organized support behind their candidacy this year than in 2003.

His campaign was invisible other than the forums, especially during the critical final months.

I disagree that he should have said that he was wrong about it, but he should have done a better job of putting the boycott and his image into perspective, because the boycott was not something that he could get away from.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
